It is a serious issue in Razer Surround Audio Controller indeed. Just bought this software and found the same annoying bug, confirmed by Powercfg -requests: C: Windows system32>powercfg -requests DISPLAY: Nessuna. SYSTEM: [DRIVER] Razer Surround Audio Controller (ROOT MEDIA 0000) Flusso audio attualmente in uso. So when I finished setting up my PC my audio on my Razer Kraken Pros was working perfectly. Until I got into a discord and my friends couldnt hear me. So I downloaded Synapse and Surround because I thought it would fix the problem. But as soon as it finished and I restarted my PC I couldn't even hear anything anymore and noone could hear me.
